§1 Definitions

Publisher / Service provider — TC Szabla LLC, a limited liability company under the laws of the State of Wyoming (USA), with its registered office at 30 N Gould St, Ste 23157, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, operating the service https://auradailynews.com. Service — the website https://auradailynews.com. User — any person using the Service. Account — a set of data identifying the User. AI Content — articles produced with the support of artificial intelligence models based on publicly available news sources.

§2 Scope of services

The Service provides free news content aimed at the global diaspora in Poland, the USA and the United Kingdom and at English-speaking readers worldwide, the ability to create an account and comment on articles, and informational widgets (markets, weather).

§3 Account and user responsibilities

  • Creating an account is voluntary and free of charge — possible by email or Google OAuth.
  • The User agrees to provide truthful information.
  • Only logged-in users may post comments.
  • Publishing unlawful, offensive content, hate speech, spam, NSFW material or copyrighted material without permission is prohibited.
  • Comments are moderated — initially by AI, ultimately by an administrator. The administrator may hide or remove comments that violate these terms.

§4 Editorial content and AI

Articles are produced with the support of AI tools (including DeepSeek) based on publicly available press sources (including GNews and public RSS feeds of major outlets). Each piece includes a reference to the original source and a note about AI's role in the editorial process. Illustrations come exclusively from legal sources (Wikipedia, Wikimedia Commons, Unsplash) or are generated by AI (Runware) — we never use agency photos or photos belonging to source publishers. §5 Copyright

All textual content on the Service is protected by copyright and may be quoted under fair use (with attribution and an active link). Copying full articles or republication in other media without written consent is prohibited. Send copyright infringement reports to contact@auradailynews.com.

§6 Market and weather data (widgets)

Stock quotes (Finnhub), cryptocurrency prices (CoinGecko) and weather data (MET Norway) are for informational purposes only, may be delayed and do not constitute investment advice or an official forecast. We are not responsible for decisions made based on this data.

§6a Advertising

The Service does not currently display advertising. Once our Google AdSense account is approved, contextual and (with consent) personalized ads may be displayed in the general, business, sport, technology, entertainment, world, science and health sections. The "For Kids" (/dzieci) and "For Teens" (/mlodziez) sections will remain ad-free. Advertising rules, the list of ad cookies and the consent mechanism are described in our Privacy Policy (section 5) and Cookie Policy (section 3a). The Publisher is not responsible for the content of third-party ads; report inappropriate ads to contact@auradailynews.com.

§7 Complaints and contact

Complaints and notices can be sent to contact@auradailynews.com. We respond within 14 business days.

§8 Governing law and final provisions

The Publisher is a US (Wyoming LLC) entity, therefore these Terms are governed by the law of the State of Wyoming, USA. Regardless, consumers residing in the European Union (including Poland) benefit from the mandatory consumer protection and data protection provisions of their country of residence, including the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679). EU consumers may also use the European Commission's ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr). The Publisher reserves the right to amend the Terms — material changes are announced with 14 days' notice on the homepage.
